We are partnering with a highly respected complex litigation law firm in Downtown Los Angeles seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. A minimum of 3 years of specific Class Action and Wage & Hour experience is required for consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare complaint packages, civil cover sheets, and manage service of process.
Handle peremptory challenges of judicial assignments.
Work on a docket focused on Class Action and collection actions.
Perform e-filing in state and federal courts.
Assist with the class action settlement process, including preliminary and final approval stages.
Prepare Tables of Authorities and conduct cite checks for accuracy and validity.
Organize and filter large data sets using Microsoft Excel.
Provide arbitration or trial support (experience in this area is a plus).
